VillaPART-21
6 blocks and 21 independent units were designed on the project land located close to the coastline in Güzelbahçe. Designed with the city villa concept, the project reflects the liveliness of the city center by being located between the city center and Çeşme district, while also offering its users a life intertwined with nature. The 'villapart' concept has been developed, which is a hybrid solution between apartments with city center housing typology and villas with suburban housing typology.

A settlement model that is related to the topography with urban structure and consists of different housing typologies has been adopted in the area. Basic geometric forms were used in mass design. Although the building looks deceptively simple from the outside, a rich experience has been created inside with the use of different elevations and a layered architecture.
