Developing district of Izmir; A hotel and office complex was planned to be built in the project area in Menderes. The busy road passing in front of the land and the hospital planned to be built on the side parcel of the land created great potential for the building. The needs of the area were met by designing a hotel where patient relatives could temporarily stay.
