K-89 RESIDENCES

In the Koyuncuoğlu project, which is the first project we designed in Mersin, we went for a horizontal mass structure despite the high building density in the region. A fragmented mass with different elevations was designed. With the orientation of these masses, it was aimed to make the most of the view factor of the residences. Thus, by reducing the massive effect of the mass, it was aimed to make the structure on a human scale.
