IYA-3VILLA

In the Iya textile project, 3 villa projects were expected on the same land for 3 different families. The project was one of the rare projects at Demirce Norms standards where the user profile was clear and we had the opportunity to work one-on-one with the customer. While the difference in slope of the land, which stands out in the environmental data, was the determining factor in the design, the use of elevation on the land created the mass structure.
