It is a project prepared for British tourists in Bodrum Güllük. It was created from 11 blocks consisting of units of different sizes placed on 11 acres. Due to the slope of the land, areas were created for the basement floor and social area, which we can utilize. Since the British who come to our country want to spend most of their time outdoors, we built blocks consisting of functional but small studio flats to meet their essential needs.
We thought about the lifestyles of British tourists coming to Turkey and created our concept with practical life, blue (sea-sky), green and white color specific to Bodrum. We gave priority to social areas by making a very simple construction. We created large and spacious areas. We tried to obtain maximum common use area. As a result, we created a simple and functional project specific to the basement. The owner of the land where the project was located was an Englishman.
