EKMAS Mavişehir

The building, which includes 54 independent units located in the highly structured and developed Mavişehir region of Izmir, was designed as a high-rise building. Being located on one of Izmir's most livable and high investment value lands puts the project in a privileged place. Ekmas Mavişehir was designed as a fragmented mass with different elevations in order to alleviate the massive and high mass structure. With the different orientations of the mass, it is ensured that the residences make the best use of the view.
