During the design phase of the building located in the Mimaroba neighborhood of Istanbul, the landscape factor played an active role in the settlement of the masses on the land. In Mimaroba, where neighborly relations are more important than other districts of Istanbul, the design of common areas and social areas has gained importance. In the mixed-use structure, the ground floors are enriched with commercial use and the upper floors are reserved for residential use. A contrast and strong effect is given by the choice of light-colored bricks and matching dark-colored materials on the facade.
