Our Lobi Parlas Project was Showcased
We designed a project targeting the people of the city in our PARLAS RESIDENCE project, located in the Bornova district of Izmir. Our main goal was to offer a modern lifestyle to Izmir and its social, selective and conscious people by realizing a user-oriented project.
Its proximity to the main city center, transportation facilities, numerous education and health facilities, as well as entertainment and shopping venues, make this region a major center of attraction for the city's citizens. As DEMİRCE Architecture, we wanted to bring a different and special housing concept here. We interpreted the project, which we think should focus on the urban people, as the young, dynamic and modern lifestyle of the urban people wrapped in a sculptural form into their living space.
Based on the diversity of the city's population, we included duplexes with gallery spaces as well as 1+1 flats in order to offer different and rich spaces to different users. It offers indoor pool, zen pools, fitness, lounge, dry cleaning, etc. along with the spacious and rich spaces it contains under the facade design with wide openings and lines that match the liveliness of city life. We aimed to offer the city people a prestigious, lively, practical and safe lifestyle with its facilities.
