Architect Alpay Demirci, one of the partners of Demirce Architecture, who prefers Somfy branded products in the qualified projects they complete with the solutions they offer and high technology, talked about new projects and the sector in our interview where he introduced their company. First of all, can you tell us about yourself?
I was born in Istanbul in 1977. I came to Izmir when I was 10 years old. Arrival, that arrival. I didn't want to leave again. I graduated from Dokuz Eylül University in 2000 and worked in various architectural offices for a while. My wife and I have been continuing our freelance architectural activities since 2004.
Architecture is the state of designing spaces. It is the art and science of building the necessary spaces with aesthetic creativity by reconciling functional requirements with economic and technical possibilities to meet people's space needs and facilitate their living.
